Restoran Meng Kee Char Siew, in my opinion, serves the best
char siew in Shah Alam and Petaling Jaya.
The restaurant is located in Glenmarie, near Shah Alam. From 11am to 3pm everyday, you will see the owner slicing char siew nonstop, and slabs of this barbequed pork have to be replenished every few minutes. Aside from char siew, they also serve chicken and vegetable dishes.
Those who know the famous char siew in Tengkat Tong Shin would be interested to know that Restoran Meng Kee Char Siew is their first branch in Shah Alam. The one in Tengkat Tong Shin has already moved out though, and I've yet to explore its new location.
